  • Baking soda
  • Sea salt
Instructions:

Fill a bath with warm water before adding 2 cups of baking soda and 2 cups of sea salt. Soak in the bath until the water cools off, and wrap your body in a towel afterward, staying like that for 4 hours without showering.
