What You Need:

Cinnamon – 0,25 Oz (7 gr)

Crushed almonds – 1,5 Oz (40 gr)

Pineapple chunks – 2 cups

Organic orange juice – 1 cup

Water – 1 cup (250 ml) of water

Instant oatmeal – 1 cup of instant oatmeal

Organic, raw honey – 1,5 Oz (40 gr)

Preparation:

The first thing to do is to cook your oatmeal. Once you do, just grab your pineapple pieces and squeeze them to extract the juice. After this, take your orange juice, honey, cinnamon, and almonds and blend them together in a blender.

When you finish blending, just add your pineapple juice and oatmeal to the mixture and blend once more. To make it more refreshing, you can also add a couple of ice cubes and blend them together with the drink. That’s all it is! Enjoy!
