How to Get Rid of Your Body Toxins Through Your Foot

Detox feet can be an effective and easy way to help rid the body of toxins that accumulate time by time, without having to avoid certain foods. Material :
  • Epsom salts 
  • Bentonite clay 
  • Apple vinegar 
  • Hot water 
  • Bucket or tub for soaking the feet
How to use :
  1. Mix 1/2 cup of epsom salt into the water.  
  2. In another container, mix 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay with 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar in a bowl. You can add a little water if needed.  
  3. Apply those mixture on your feet and allow to dry for 10 minutes.  
  4. Check the water and salt mixture, if the temperature is comfortable to soak, you can soak your feet in it for at least 15 minutes.
When you soak your feet, toxins will be released from your body. This poison is the result of the habit of eating unhealthy foods, especially the consumption of processed foods and saturated fats. If your body is full of toxins, the water in the bucket will become darker after your feet are immersed in them.
