Olives leaves tea to reduce high blood pressure, reduce bad cholesterol and regulating the level of triglycerides

10 olive leaves are put into a saucepan with 500 ml of cold water. Place the pot on the fire to simmer for 10 minutes. Then leave it to cool down, drain the water and in the morning drink 100 milliliters, along with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. The treatment lasts 30 days, and then check your blood count.

Olives seed tea to reduce the level of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood

Take 30 seeds of olives and crush them, then place them in a pot in 500 ml of cold water and put the pot on fire to simmer for 10 minutes. Let it to cool down, drain and sweeten up  with honey. From this tea drink 100 milliliters at morning before a meal. Drink for 5 days, making a break of two days, and then continue to drink it. This treatment lasts for 30 days.

Olives leaves tea for diabetics

10 olive leaves are boiled for 5 minutes in a half liter of water. Let them stand to cool down, then drain it and add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Drink this tea 3 times a day before meal.
